1) RMA Number valid ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS. All product(s) are subjected to final acceptance by EPROM Inc. | |
2) The following info. must be provided in order for
us to process the RMA returns: (i) Item Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Problem. (ii) Copy of the orginial Invoice (Product(s) received without the proper paper work will not be accepted). |

3) Product(s) must be shipped by courier pre-paid to door in secure and/or original packaging. | |
4) Warranty will be voided if Product(s) suffers
from one or more of the following: Physical Damage, Invalid/Incomplete/Modified Serial Numbers, Incomplete Packaging, Opened Software, Insufficient Sales Information, etc... |

5) For cross shipment or credit, item(s) must be returned within 7 days after RMA Number is issued. Otherwise credit may not be issued. | |
6) For all Warranty claims, please refer to EPROM's Terms and Conditions of Sales on the back of the Invoice. | |
7) For Warranty Repairs - Do not send accessories (manuals, cables, drivers) with Motherboards, Modems and Video Cards. | |
