Please Read carefully and understand the following before Ship/Return any Merchandise(s)

1) RMA Number valid ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS. All product(s) are subjected to final acceptance by EPROM Inc.
2) The following info. must be provided in order for us to process the RMA returns:
(i) Item Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Problem
(ii) Copy of the orginial Invoice (Product(s) received without the proper paper work will not be accepted).
3) Product(s) must be shipped by courier pre-paid to door in secure and/or original packaging.
4) Warranty will be voided if Product(s) suffers from one or more of the following:
Physical Damage, Invalid/Incomplete/Modified Serial Numbers, Incomplete Packaging, Opened Software, Insufficient Sales Information, etc...
5) For cross shipment or credit, item(s) must be returned within 7 days after RMA Number is issued. Otherwise credit may not be issued.
6) For all Warranty claims, please refer to EPROM's Terms and Conditions of Sales on the back of the Invoice.
7) For Warranty Repairs - Do not send accessories (manuals, cables, drivers) with Motherboards, Modems and Video Cards.
