3 Years As of February 5, 2002, Eprom will provide 1-Year Depot Warranty on hard drives. For the balance of the warranty, WD will provide depot warranty service. If a drive requires warranty service within the first year, Eprom will provide the Depot Warranty Service. For the balance of the hard drive warranty, please contact WD to arrange for warranty service. Drives sold prior to February 5, 2002, are not affected by this change in policy. |
