| Hard Drives (IDE) |
1 Year Effective October 1st, 2002, Maxtor IDE hard drives will be covered under a 1-Year Depot Warranty. Customers have the choice of returning these drives to Maxtor directly. |
| Hard Drives (SCSI) |
5 Years Effective February 5, 2002, Eprom will provide 1-Year Depot Warranty on SCSI hard drives. For the balance of the warranty, Maxtor will provide depot warranty service. If a drive requires warranty service within the first year, Eprom will provide the Depot Warranty Service. For the balance of the hard drive warranty, please contact Maxtor to arrange for warranty service. Drives sold prior to February 5, 2002, are not affected by this change in policy. |
